Leider alles sehr veraltet und nicht mehr so sauber , Klodeckel war so kaputt das man es nicht mehr gebrauchen konnte , die Zimmer haben keine richtigen Fenster , die Fenster was man öffnen kann 30x30 cm also eine Luke. Würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist zum Übernachten völlig ok, jedoch mussten wir 70$ extra zahlen, weil wir paar Stunden vorher einchecken wollten/mussten. Wir mussten für 24 Stunden Aufenthalt 2 Übernachtungen zahlen, unglaublich. Personal war nicht kulant, weil wir vorher ins Zimmer wollten. Meiner Freundin ging es nicht und ich musste 70$ zahlen, weil wir vorher im Zimmer waren. Es wurde nicht mal eine Rechnung ausgestellt für diese 70$. Erpresserisch und völlig kaltblütig. Ich kann es daher nicht empfehlen. Mit Abstand das Schlimmste, was ich je erlebte. Sorry Best Western!!

Although the hotel seems to be renovated, it came already in the age. I couldn’t understand the logic of the lights switches especially on the night table. Either you had to switch from the entrance or move the bed to access to the plugs. Big and complete fitness room on the top. Food was average and no big choice except Indian food

Zweiter Aufenthalt eher unwahrscheinlich
Die Lage erlaubt es nicht, das Hotel abends zu Fuss zu verlassen. Man ist auf die hauseigene Pizzeria oder das hauseigene indische Restaurant angewiesen, was bei längeren Aufenthalten eher belastend ist. Die Zimmer sind biederer Durchschnitt, aber sauber. Die Angestellten an der Reception sind aufmerksam und freundlich, das Personal in den Restaurants und an der Poolbar ist sehr amateurhaft und wohl nur auf Grund der Kosten und nicht der Fähigkeiten ausgewählt.

Tolles Businesshotel... nur die laute Strasse...
Tolles Business-Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Dar es Salaam. Das Zimmer war makellos - vielleicht nicht das größte. Angestellte sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das indische Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist super! Lediglich die Lage direkt an einer der drei Einfallsstrassen in die Stadt und die sehr dünnen Fenster machen das Schlafen - zumindest an den Zimmern zur Strasse - nicht einfach. Eine Investition in ordentliche Fenster würde das Problem sofort lösen!

I liked that this hotel had a restaurant on the premises. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The pool and outdoor lounge offer a perfect place for relaxition. There is also a spa in the hotel. Aside from the construction in the area, this is a great place to stay. It is close to the airport and the City Center The hotel offers free WiFi.

I highly recommend this hotel CBD to anyone coming to Da Es Salaam. From Houston, Texas CBD was my home for like almost a week. Stayed here before taking a trip to Dubai and came back stayed at CBD again. The staff are the best and the restaurant is great and good food. Very clean hotel.. The hotel is very kool and not too much traffic and you get to have a good quality private time at the patios. Gonna stay here 3 different times this month of February .. CBD is gonna be my main spot when I visit Tanzania / Da Es Salaam

Room had a faint musk smell and surfaces were not very clean. They tried to put us in a room below what we paid, but once we complained, they moved us to a slightly better room. I loved the proximity to airport and ferry. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was quite hearty. The only negative is the bathroom didn’t have enough towels. Only I bath towel and when I asked for more they brought 1 bath and said they had no hand towels. Overall a nice place for a one night layover.

Old hotel. Water in the shower does not drain well and water fills up. Hotel lobby is super hot. AC does not work at all in the lobby. Restaurant sells cakes and pastries 5 days old for the same price as if it's fresh. They are so old, dry and smell chemicals. Staff started cleaning lobby snd restaurant in the morning with chemicals and those chemicals, the smell of them can be tasted in food as well. Horrible. The other misleading info hotel does is advertise half board or full board and when you book you assume meals included. But the catch is you have to spend no more then fifteen dollars per person for either lunch or dinner, and if you went over the price cap you have to pay difference. It's something that CBD hotel does not enclose in booking. It is Indian owned and operated hotel/restaurant and attention to details is zero

Komfortable hotel
Meget venligt og service mindet personale som altid står klar til at hjælpe. Selvom hotellet ligger tæt på vejen, høre man ikke så meget af støjen hvis vinduerne er lukket. Vandtrykket i bruseren er meget hårdt. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, det udvalg der var, var kedeligt og mindede mere om brunch/ frokost end morgenmad. Internettet var godt, men der var steder hvor forbindelsen fald ud, og man skal rykke sig for at få en bedre forbindelse.

레스토랑에서 메뉴는 많은데 먹고 싶은것이 그다지 많이 없었어요... 계속 똑같은 종류로만 먹었어요 호텔 주변 시설이 거의 없다고 보시면 됩니다. 우버로 이동하는 건 가능하지만 걸어서 쇼핑몰등 이동하기에는 애매합니다. 바에서는 음료를 시키면 땅콩이나 과자같은것이 있을만한데도 없습니다. 몇몇 식당 매니저와 바 매니저들은 그다지 친절하진 않습니다. reception 은 친절합니다 room cleaning도 좋습니다 헬스장은 매우 큽니다

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking for half board, I was repeatedly informed that I would have to pay extra if I spent more than £15 a day. However, the prices on the menu were already higher than that amount, which made me feel like they were engaging in unethical practices by misleading customers. The hotel itself is quite old and in need of renovation. The swimming pool was in a terrible condition, and the location was noisy and dusty. The food at the restaurant often tasted off and even made me sick. Additionally, the hotel is not conveniently located near any attractions or amenities. Rooms are extremely small with minimal amenities. TV most of the times not working so is the air conditioning. Too many smokers and the whole places smells of smoke. Overall, I do not believe this hotel deserves its claimed four-star rating.

My stay at CDD was very good! When I arrived, my non-smoking room smelled of smoke, so I alerted the staff and was moved immediately to a fresh smelling room. One of the staff members escorted me up and set up my television and air conditioning. His name is Edie. Everyone was so kind and helpful, including the bartender. The room was spotless, and the food was delicious. I would definitely return.

The staff were really friendly, the facilities appeared clean and well kept. My room had a VERY strong sewage smell, it was terrible and gave me headaches. I didnt complain because i was only staying 2 nights. The food was ok. The pool area was nice. I think the hotel was nice for the price, the location seemed a bit sketchy though, nothing was safely in walking distance.

The property as such is not great, there are better options in Dar but the indian restaurant and location of the property make it more useful for business. The price is also reasonable.
