No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.“

The owner didn’t tell how to enter the property and the cleaning lady said to make sure doors were locked at night due to safety! Once entering building it had a weird odor and was no clean. Bedding was nasty, broken fan and light in one room (fan was hanging half way off the ceiling) house was extremely hot and couldn’t turn air on, shower was dirty, food left in the fridge, tv didn’t work, and we found roaches. „Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!“
