Easy access to the Atlantic Ave main road to Bethany Beach Boardwalk, restaurants such as Northeast Seafood Kitchen, DiFebo’s, Off the Hook, and Sea Colony area (east), and Giant food, Weis Markets, and many other restaurants to the west. Bethany Beach Boardwalk is about 10 min by car or 15 minutes by bike. The house has been nicely remodeled with a new kitchen, sunroom, and appliances.
