Fantastic hotel, great new owner
Great stay. The owner has owned the property for nearly 3 months. The owner’s hospitality is superb and will do anything possible to help. The swimming pool is amazing and the rooms comfy. The showers were also superb. Short walk into the main area. I would highly recommend this lovely place. It’s the first time in a while where the pictures are the same in real life.

Close to Hoi An old town 10-15min stroll.
Great: Friendly staff. Hotel looks like the picture. View of the river. Good air-conditioning. Room large and spacious. Breakfast made by staff on the spot (pho). Not so great: Sheets stained. Sink clogged (staff fixed once but clogged again). One out of three towels had stains. No soap or shampoo, we had to get our own. Point to note: the hotel recently changed its name to River Sound Hotel it was previously called B’lan Riverside Villa. This confused our driver and we spent some time clarifying things when we reached. Also, it was difficult to clarify this matter with the hotel staff over the phone as they only speak Vietnamese and very minimal English. Good thing the local lady who arranged our transport, came to help us speak to them on behalf of us.
