Hotel is ok. They shut off AC for the winter season even though it was still warm, 76F/24C. Inside of the room was also reading 24C and getting warmer. I called maintenance, they said they switched to heating only now then brought a fan to use. When we requested to move to another hotel, manager approved to switch to AC for whole floor.

좋아요. 다음에도 방문할래요.
근처 콜린에서 가끔 묵었는데 이 호텰이 더 나은 것 같아요. 조식이 더 좋고 거기보다 엘베가 괘척합니다. 근처 식당,마사지,이동등이 괜찮습니다. 다만 방이 조금 더 작아보입니다.

새로지어진 조식부페가 준수한 호텔
달랏 중심가에 있는 새로지어진 호텔 객실수가 생각보다 많으나 서비스 친절했구요. 조식부페가 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 빵류가 조금 맛이 떨어졌지만 실속있는 메뉴로 준비해둬서 3일간 만족스럽게 먹었습니다. 내부도 넓직하고 깔끔해요. 화장실도 깔끔. 추천합니다.

Unreasonable documentation policy.
Great hotel with a fantastic service from the Spa. Nice rooms and satisfactory restaurant but deeply disappointed by their action of shortening my stay due to Visa issues. Unable to fly back due to Covid, I like every other tourist had to apply for Visa extensions. I showed them my Visa Extension Application receipt and all other paperwork but they refused to accommodate me beyond the original Visa date effectively throwing me out on the street.

Need to improve room sound proof
The hotel itself is very nice and clean, however our room located on 3rd floor still experiencing the live band's music for whole night and ppl running, walking, shouting at the corridor. And worst thing is me and my friend's room also experience stranger knocking your door at midnight.

New and fresh. Good quality accomodation. Nice bathroom. Big and modern tv. Good breakfast. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cheap 30 minute taxi ride to airport. Will definitely stay here again. Many interesting things to see in dalat.

Room was not cleaned up very nicely , unfortunately. They just changed the towels, they definitely not cleaned the shower room, toilet or floor or anyting in the bathroom. And live bar downstairs was quite noisy :(

We are very impressed by the excellent services the staffs rendered to us during our eight days stay at this property. The staffs were always very keen to help,and make our stay comfortable and memorable. Even the manager, Mr Minh was there to help whenever he could.

Close to city center
We stayed 2 nights at Golf Valley Hotel in Da Lat. It has been an great pleasure. All the staff has been friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located in Da Lat city center only 10 min walk from the city market. The breakfast has been excellent and varied. Very delicious. The room was large and had two small balconies and a big bathroom. The hotel has wifi and it’s working ok. We can highly recommend this hotel if you are going to spend the night in Da Lat. The hotel is only 9 months old and therefore in good condition.
