Chairs and carpet had permanent stains, time for an upgrade, repairs on toilet wall were very poor. Dust was collecting on top edge of tiles and furniture legs at the base. Pillows were both flat in the bedroom, could not get a comfortable position. Would only rate as 3 star.“

However upon arrival we where informed that the breakfast would be 2 x 20 AUD extra, as the breakfast was not mentioned on the booking. I checked on my own receipt from hotels.com and also didn't see breakfast on it. Not a big problem for us, we just drove into the next Cafe in the morning as we aren't huge breakfast eaters anyway.
