Schönes Hotel in Stadtmitte
Das Hotel liegt mitten in Cusco 4 Blocks vom Hauptplatz entfernt an einer lebendigen Strasse. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Innenhof, die Zimmer sind zur Strasse hin akustisch gut isoliert, die Elektroheizung allerdings konnte das grosse Zimmer nur knapp auf eine angenehme Temperatur bringen. Frühstück ziemlich reichhaltig und gut, service sehr nett. Airport - und weitere Teansfers haben super geklappt.

Ich fand das Hotel ganz zentral gelegen, schöner Innenhof, nettes Personal. Es gibt immer div. Tees zur Selbstbedienung in der Lobby. Beim Frühstück gabs frisches und regionales Obst.

Im Zentrum von Cuzco
Das Hotel hat sich die 3 Sterne mehr als verdient. Im Zentrum von Cuzco und trotzdem ruhige Zimmer. Sehr gute Ausstattung, hübscher Innenhof, schöne Innendekoration, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren 4 Nächte Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and nice open atrium. Wifi works well. Free PC and printer use in the lobby area. A few blocks walk to Plaza del Armas, but safe.

Nice Hotel in the center of Cusco
Our stay at the Tierra Viva Cusco Centro was great. The staff was very friendly, helpful and flexible (Airport pickup, late checkout, storage of larger baggage during our visit to Machu Picchu). The rooms were very clean and cosy and provided everything you need (including safe and TV). We felt safe and welcome at all times and enjoyed our stay very much.

Like much of Peru, the people working at Tierra Viva went the extra mile to ensure that my friend and I had a comfortable stay. They made us feel right at home (addressing us by name as we entered and exited the property). We went on a Salkantay trek and stayed at Tierra Viva prior to and after the hike. They happily stored our luggage and had it waiting in our new room prior to our return. The property is conveniently a short walk away from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are well insulated from the outside sound and we slept comfortably. Highly recommend!

This place is in the center of Cusco close to many major areas of interest, i.e. plazas, museums, restaurants, street markets, etc. They are also only a bus or train ride from Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, Ollytantambo, and so much more. The staff go above and beyond for anything you may need, help with luggage, directions to local places, calling taxis, and the lovely breakfast they serve. They main staff are fluent in English if you don't know Spanish, the grounds are immaculate, and everything is very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the area.

The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for my friends to stay here. It’s in the vicinity of Plaza de Armas. Easy to walk around. The first two days of my stay the room was very nice The third day we came back from Machu Picchu we were placed in corner room in the back, which was needed a little bit more upkeep. The staff is wonderful. The rooms vary in terms of how quiet they are, but they are all clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in Cusco.

We booked one Friday night and there was music playing probably from one of the restaurants or bars nearby but you could just hear it through the walls until 1am. Also it was our first night in Cusco after staying mostly in Ollantaytambo and the room 108 was small, tight and stuffy. It was getting a bit harder to breathe but we couldn’t even open the windows because of the way it was structured. It wasn’t as bad as we needed oxygen but it was hard to sleep having to take deep breaths and a room that feels like there is barely any ventilation. We had to step outside to get some air for some time. Location, I guess is good for being nearby the Cusco center. The room was maintained clean but other than that, the space was tight, barely had room for our luggages and barely had any air to breathe. Please fix those windows.

I liked its location (3 or 4 blocks from the main square). The facilities were very nice. My bedroom was big, clean and quiet. The washroom was also clean. Breakfast was very good with various options. The employees were very friendly and polite. This hotel will be my first option to stay in my next trip to Cusco.
