Auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht geht es noch so.
Wir haben eine Rundreise durch Peru gemacht. Vier Nächte in Cusco. Das Hotel Emperador ist sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. Das erste Zimmer was man uns geben wollte hatte nur ein Fenster zum Innenflur. Drei Sterne sind nicht angebracht.

The staff were excellent. We arrived at 730am even though our check in was at 1030. They let us in right away since we didn’t sleep all night from our flights. Great and friendly staff that is a clock from the city center!

Would not stay here
Very loud. Extremely cold room, heater didn’t work, no extra blankets or pillows available. No elevator. Light fixture had shattered and bulb was flickering dangerously. No shampoo or soap. Desk staff not very helpful. Nobody was available when we wanted to check out at 6:15 am, the main door was locked and gated, so we had to let ourselves out of a side door with an unlocked dead bolt hanging off it and hoped for the best. The only positive thing this place was the location. Hotels.com might want to reconsider including this in its listings.

THIS COMMENT IS FROM SOMEONE WHO DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL but who did make a reservation with us, however, did not show up at the Hotel and had to pay the NO SHOW in compliance with our reservation conditions established on Expedia. This person did not agree to comply with the reservation conditions established in Expedia and with our prior consultation with Expedia, the fair charge was made, This comment is an act of attempted revenge towards our Hotel by a person who did not accept comply with the established conditions published on Expedia (we know who this person is since he indicated that he would make this typoe of comments if we charged him). The comment is very different from those of the other guests since our equipment and services work normally and efficiently. We respect and appreciate all the opinions that our guests make about us, however we must be emphatic in saying that this comment corresponds to an unfair act of false defamation by a person who did not want to pay for their reservation according to the established conditions but he finally had to do it.

Affordable luxury
I was really ill in Cusco I needed comfort and a good price, this hotel was perfect it was cosy and there was a heater, breakfast was nice and staff are lovely. I am a backpacker so I mix hostels with hotels, this was just the home comfort I needed.

They did not give me a room . They said it’s hotels.com fault. I have it in writing from them. It’ was weather and had to struggle for 2-3 hours as your customer care when contacted were not of help . Your customer care number promised to get back in 4 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I tried to call again hotels.com but automated machine informed me that your services are closed. The weather in Cusco was very bad and with all luggage I had to struggle for few hours before a local agency found a room in a very expensive hotel. Your this performance gave a lot of mental, physical and monatory torture

The apologies of the case for the discomfort. The passenger contact with an agency, which called us to have availability security in our hotel, was told that by that day we did not have availability. However, in the lapse of 2 hours the passenger came to the door with the lady of the agency, made use of our wifi and made a reservation for expedia. As you can understand it was a last minute reservation made within our facilities, having informed us that we did not have a room available that day, both to the guest and to the agency, so at no time was a confirmation code issued to said reservation hereby. That is why all this discomfort is generated, both for you as a guest and for us as service providers. However, after a few nights we were able to assist you as we are used to, in the best way, always satisfying the client's needs and you were satisfied with our service. Greetings.

Um bom lugar para ficar com ótima localização em relação a praça central. Café da manhã satisfatório, cama Boa e chuveiro regular com grande oscilação de água quente e fria. Quartos limpos com cama Boa. Hotel precisando de reforma. Mas no geral recomendo.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente a 3 minutos de la plaza de armas caminando, la persona que me recibió el Check-in fue muy simpática y amable. No pude hacer uso del desayuno por salir todos los días antes de la hora pero tenía varias mesas en el comedor amplias y limpias. La habitación muy amplia con 2 calefactores eléctricos, la ropa de cama muy cómoda y apropiada para la temperatura. El baño cumplía con todas las necesidades básicas incluyendo agua caliente, toallas, secador y jabones. Tenía WiFi con buena velocidad para navegar

Ñ foi cumprido o tipo de reserva. Péssimo hotel
Foi reservado um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro e quando chego para o check in, somente havia 1 quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, sem a posdibilidade de cama extra. Tivemos que juntar 2 camas e dormir os 3 atravessados no outro sentido. Pedi um travesseiro a mais e me foi dada uma almofada de sala... Janela do banheiro dá p o corredor interno do hotel e o chuveiro tem baixa pressão e vazão de água

En cuanto a su pedido del recibo de pago: En verdad me sorprende porque nosotros generamos el correspondiente documento formal de pago, ya sea boleta o factura por cad uno de os huéspedes a quienes atendemos . Este documento debe de estar girado por nosotros a nombre suyo o de la persona jurídica que nos indicó y por alguna razon no se entregó ( vamos a investigar) ; por lo cual le pido por favor informarnos la fecha de estadía para identificarlo y hacerle llegar.. le reitero nuestro agradecimiento. Ótima estadia
Foi o melhor custo benefício dos 3 hotéis que ficamos em Cusco. O quarto era muito confortável, silencioso (pedimos um de fundos), aquecedor novo, banho bom com blindex, café da manhã simples mas de qualidade. Tinhamos que subir um lance de escada para chegar no quarto, pode ser incômodo para quem não está aclimatado com a altitude, para nós não era um problema. Lemos a respeito de uma recepcionista mal educada, não tivemos qualquer problema deste tipo, ao contrário, fomos bem tratados por todos, desde uma alteração em nossa reserva até um pedido de táxi com preço peruano (O preço para o gringo é sempre maior).

O hotel é uma boa opção em Cuzco. O atendimento é cordial, os recepcionistas atenciosos nos auxiliaram com malas, taxis, dúvidas etc.. Em relação ao quarto, o conforto básico como água quente, aquecedor e limpeza estavam ok! Cafe da manhã básico e wifi falhava um pouco no quarto, mas na recepção era bom! Hotel muito bem localizado, bem próximo á Praça das Armas. Ponto negativo: CheckOut ás 09:00h da manhã.. o mais cedo que já vi.. Dica: Os quartos de fundo são melhores pois tem menos ruídos dos carros e movimento da rua.

Bem localizado e agradável.
O hotel destaca-se por sua localização, bem próximo á praça das armas, mas fora do tumulto e barulho. A recepção foi boa, todos os 3 recepcionistas que me atenderam foram simpáticos e solícitos. Os quartos são padrão médio mas bom para descanso. Possui chuveiro quente, boa cama e aquecedor. O wifi não pegava muito bem no quarto mas na recepção era bom. Café da manhã básico. Voltaria á me hospedar neste hotel.

quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a donné une chambre pas prête, et ils ont oublié le sourire à l'accueil! sinon nous avons bien dormi(après nous avoir donné une chambre préparée); je recommande cet hôtel pour sa proximité de la place des armes et son parking (contenant environ 4 places).

Very disappointing accomodations in a great location. Rooms heated with small space heaters that do not work well. Rooms small and basic, no drawers to unpack, no hot water (warm at best). Front desk never relayed messages left from tour companies regarding pick up times.. Anyone who thinks this is more than a 2 star property must think a motel 6 is a luxury 5 star property..

Lo encontramos excelente, ubicado en zona céntrica de la ciudad.Buen desayuno buffet; todo muy limpio y aseado. Muy bien atendidos, disposición y gentileza para guardar nuestras maletas mientras nos ausentamos del lugar para visitar Machu Pichu, sin costo adicional.Lo recomiendo.

Hotel was in a great location. Rooms were small but nice, just very cold. We stayed there on two separate occasions and the first room had no heater. The second room was much nicer and had a small heater.. Maybe because we were return customer? Included breakfast was good. Staff helpful for the most part. Would stay there again!

Booked 3 nights & again for 1 after our trek to Machu Picchu. Good basic rooms that met all our needs. Price was excellent for the location - 5 min walk to Plaza de Armas, convenience store & laundry just next door & one of the best restaurants (Cicciolina) in Cuzco just around the corner. Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful & immediately resolved any issues. Breakfast was a basic buffet with a good quantity of selections. Did have hot water - just had to let it run for a while! Definitely would book this hotel again.

Hotel was not what I expected.
The hotel was not reflected well in their ad. Room was small, bathroom smaller. The day we were to go to Machu Pichu, we had to wake up at 4am. We were surprised with no water. They did get the water back on 20 minutes before leaving. No shower that day! The staff did bring us 2 bottles of water to clean and brush our teeth, however when we checked out, they charged us for the 2 bottles of water? The only thing modern in the hotel is the front glass doors! The staff was very helpful. No I would not recommend, however I guess you get what you pay for. It was cheaper. Location was great...

Hotel simples, mas superou as nossas expectativas. Localização perfeita, menos de 5 minutos a pé da Plaza de Armas, mas sem estar no meio da bagunça. Ficamos no hotel por 2 noites não consecutivas, e o hotel guardou as nossas malas no dia que dormimos em Aguas Calientes, sem custo e sem nenhum trabalho para nós: deixamos as malas no quarto, e quando voltamos no outro dia as malas já estavam no outro quarto que ficaríamos. Quartos e banheiros grandes, limpos e confortáveis. Aquecedor em todos os quartos. O café da manhã era bom pelo preço do hotel. Custo-benefício excelente, com certeza ficaremos no Emperador quando voltarmos a Cuzco.

アルマス広場からすぐですので、大変便利です。日中フロントデスクにいる女性は英語も上手です。夜勤の男性は英語は苦手ですが、こちらの言っている事は理解しているようで、頑張ってくれます。

OK hotel, close to main plaza
We stayed at this hotel for one night. ++Positive: Close to the main plaza. Breakfast is good. Rooms are large and clean. --Negative: Had asked for a room with a double bed, and was given a room with 3 single beds. According to the staff, there is a heater in each room, my room did not have a one. When I went down to ask about it, they told me to check again because it was hidden in a corner; it was never found. The sink in the bathroom had a leak.
