„Convenient location very near Santana Row. The back yard patio and arbor was a terrific place to relax. M&M were very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed. Street is a little busy, but we didn't seem to have trouble getting in and out. The light switches were kind of high tech and took some getting used to. One curious thing was that both bathrooms had motion-activated switches that cannot be disabled. Not a problem so much during the day, but were a quite ...

„the place is in need of renovation. The communication with the bost was non-existing. Never answered my messages. The AC unit does not work properly, makes a lot of noise to the point of not letting us sleep. Washer and dryer are filthy, we could use, they are in terrible shape. Very disappointed!“

Our dogs and nephew loved the yard. AND, the hosts were amazing. They responded quickly and made any accommodations they could manage. They even left my husband and I a gift as a congratulations for our marriage. 1000% recommend this stay. “

„Great stay for family of 8. 20 min walk to stadium. Neighborhood park across the street w/ volleyball court. Owner was helpful when we couldn’t get reception for TV, (need to use your phone internet). I couldn’t find a broom or dust pan to sweep up a bit. Also bring detergent if you need to wash a load and Keurig coffee pods if you’re a coffee drinker.“

„Flew in from East coast for wedding. Campbell was a perfect location for all the planned wedding activities from CupertinoSaratogaLos Gatos SanJose airport Santa Cruz beaches and boardwalk. We believe we were the first guests and the house was a show house. Basic ammenities but comfortable and safe for me and my 4 daughters 2430yo. Communication with Will was timely and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay.“

„This house is an absolute marvel! We rented online and all communication was via Mail…it all went without any hickup. The house is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parking is provided for one full size SUV in front of the garage. Three bedrooms are nice, clean and well maintained. The beds are all very good, beddings and linen are very good as well. Kitchen offers most pots and pans (a bit warped they are), a coffee machine and else. We liked the fact that essential spices, ...

„Excellent location! Close to a theme park, water parks, kids playground, Safeway and Starbuck were a short drive. Bogarts Sports Bar was nice. House was comfortable with a fulling equipped kitchen. Airline noise at 6am, so we closed the windows!“

"Das Hotel hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm, früher durfte wohl drin geraucht werden und der Teppich gibt diesen Geruch immer noch ab. Der Rauchmelder ist regelrecht vergilbt. Die Fließen im Bad sind zum Teil gerissen und die Silikonfuge der Badewanne wurde nur schlecht vom Schimmel befreit! Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch! Schlecht bis gar nicht aufgebackene Croisants, ein paar hartgekochte Eier, ein paar Früchte und Cerealien… dazu noch Kaffee im Pappbecher…. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!"

"Großes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung und alles sauber. Housekeeping kommt nicht automatisch, sondern muss jeweils angefordert werden. Hilfsbereite Damen vom Housekeeping auf den Stockwerken stellen gerne frische Handtücher etc. zur Verfügung. Freier Zutritt zum Community Pool. Becken ist ca. 25 yard lang und gut zum Bahnen schwimmen geeignet. Hotel insgesamt empfehlenswert für ein paar Tage. Ich würde wieder kommen. "
