House was cozy, covered porch was wonderful on rainy days, kids and dogs loved the creek. Property is private, plenty of room to walk the dogs, there’s a fire pit out back that would be awesome (we just had too much rain to try it out), and we saw some super cute baby deer! „We booked this event house for our small sized wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay here. The house has many bedrooms and enough parking for all the guests. Host is very nice and replied to us quickly. Host even gave us flexible checkin and checkout time. We took some wedding photos in front of the house and back yard and They all looked good. We are definitely satisfied and would recommend this house to anyone who would host a small event here.“

„A nice peaceful stay with family. My favorite spot was the screened porch, which offered a bug-free place to see and hear the river. One thing I appreciated was that it offered seating for as many people as it slept, which is not always the case in some places; it has a nice long table for dining and games, and plenty of chairs around the fire pit.“

„Great location to walk to Ball Ground downtown for coffee shop, shopping etc. House is very spacious with great kitchen and den area with plus comfy throw blankets to use while watching movies. Nice front and back porch as well. “

„I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!“
