„Danke alles gut, nur etwas problematisch wegen check ihn, Schlüssel übergeben“

„Das Personal war super lieb. Das Frühstück besonders und wirklich lecker. Die Location ist super gelegen. Immer wieder!!“

I paid for a taxi to get the cost of €200 and I cannot find on Facebook or Hotel to stay the night so I had to return to the hotel and sleep there. Very, very bad. I demand a refund and a apology.“

„I liked that the owner met us and helped carry my suitcase up four floors and upon arriving the room smelled freshly clean and a wonderful surprise was that there was a bottle of chilled Prosecco waiting for us. After our long day travelling , it was really nice to share a glass of Prosecco sitting on our deck overlooking Lake Como. The location was perfect and just a short walk to catch a ferry and travel the Lake and the bus stop was also close and took us into city centre and back to the ...
