„Das Hotel ist ziemlich runter gekommen. Sehr alte Einrichtungen. Gym: alle Geräte sind verrostet und nicht brachbar. Gebäude: hier fällt der Putz von den Wänden und der Beton brökelt. Personal: teilweise genervt und teilweise sehr nett.
Frühstück: war Anfang Dezember vor Ort. Also Nebensaison. Somit waren auch wenige Gäste im Hotel. Daher kein Buffet und das was geliefert wurde war wirklich minderwertig.
Pools: ich war in keinem drinne. Habe auch wohl nix verpasst. Sauna: habe ich nicht ...
„We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“
„My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.“
