„The loft is a quite a unique place. Nestled in the heart of down town pagosa, this spot is a gem. Four bedrooms, and 1 bath with another restroom just down the hall. It was close to both springs and shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone who wants close access to down town with out the spring prices. “

„Neaux Better Place is a beautiful location and close to town, very easy to find. We did a lot of sightseeing locally and drove to Ouray and South Fork, CO. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We found this wonderful Honeyville company near Durango. The honey is delicious. We enjoyed our time in Pagosa Springs and at Neaux Better Place.“

„Condo is in an excellent location just across the street from the gondola to mountain village. It is well set up with comfortable furniture and decor. The host is kind enough to leave little extras including beer, wine, filtered water and sparking water in the fridge. No AC, but totally not needed. Only issue is the street noise can be a little loud in the evenings due to a bar just below on the street. We used the gas grill in the common area to cook steaks and laundry room was easy to use ...
