„Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable. “

„Wow! Stunningly beautiful barn conversion in a wonderful location. Highlights were waking up to see two deer in the front yard and the amazing interiors. My partner particularly liked the 65” TV and I loved the modern kitchen, so much so I cooked on two nights. Wonderful local farm shop/butcher’s. Plenty of nearby pubs to enjoy too. „From the moment you arrive and step into the courtyard the ambiance of the barns wraps itself around you. The barns are very well equipped and we loved the different seating areas both inside and outside so all age groups had their own space- with plenty of room in big barn to all get together when we wanted to. Vicky communicated speedily when we had questions both before and during our stay. An amazing place.“

„We had an amazing stay at this property. The owners were so helpful. They built a ramp for wheelchair access for my mother so she could join us for Christmas The house is beautiful and decorated so tastefully, every room had a story to tell . We had 7 Christmas trees in the house . “

The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. „Beautiful barn had all we needed for a wonderful, relaxed stay. Only fault was the garden was quite grubby; the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, as there was still an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the table. I had to wipe down the chairs by the hot tub before we could sit down and enjoy our evening. Only a minor fault, but I feel like the outside should be as clean as the inside. Don't let this deter you from staying here; we had a great time and really enjoyed ...

"A very good hotel near Brighton Station, which is only a short foot walk away. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was plentyful and delicious."

"Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist die Lage, direkt in Brighton, am Strand und am Pier. Das Haus selbst wirkt von außen etwas heruntergekommen und kann auch innen hier und da eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Unser Familienzimmer in der 4. Etage bot nicht besonders viel Platz und war in die Hotelhalle gerichtet, dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein öffentliches, extrem teures Parkhaus (The Lanes Car Park, Gebühr für 2 Tage MIT Hotelrabatt = 56 Pfund!)."

"We felt welcome. WIFI could automatically be offered, instead to being asked to register yourself to become a member of the hilton Honors group to obtain WIFI for your stay. The additional/optional breakfast room (in case the main breakfast Room the 1850 is full due to peak time) could be renewed. This room needs a little makeover, tables were old and appeared dirty. Only a suggestion. Nevertheless,we had two lovely days in double tree hotel. Staff were very friendly. "

"Hotel ist perfekt gelegen für einen Zwischenstop bzw. bei frühem Abflug vom Flughafen in Gatwick - vom Nordterminal nur einen kurzen Gang getrennt. Einfaches Frühstück im zweckmäßigen, aber sehr einfachen Frühstücksraum bereits ab den frühen Morgenstunden. Zimmer sehr einfach und sauber."
