„Great place. Very clean. Area around the condo needs to be maintained better—but that’s the property manager’s job. The condo itself is great. BUT you do need to bring everything—soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels….kitchen has cookware and plates/silverware. But that’s basically all that is supplied. I expect to have to supply my own toiletries and such, but having to buy garbage bags and soap was a surprise.“

„Great property very close to FSU. We stayed here for our daughters graduation. Very clean, easy check in, comfy bed. Be aware that the room really only sleeps 2 people as there is only one king bed. The sofa is large and can sleep someone, but it is not a pull out sofa. Anyone extra will sleep on the inflatable bed that is there. It is right next to the Pensacola parking garage which can be very noisy.“
