„The house was a great size, plenty of room for a family of 5. The beds and pillows were comfortable (and I am picky!). I thought it was better than the pictures showed! Access to the Mayan Princess for a day was really fun and then we got to return to the quiet neighborhood in Sandy Bay. Some of our best snorkeling was from the dock of the house, it’s a bit of a swim but our 8 year old did it with a life jacket. “

"Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok."
