„The host is very attentive and eager for you to enjoy your stay. We liked being in the country. The kitchen is well equipped and the property is very close to a big grocery store. I think this location gives you good access to nearby areas (Serra Mamede for example) well as the points of interest in Portalegre. We really enjoyed the textile museum. Aida provided us with jams, oranges, and croissants for breakfast. It was a nice stay.“

Das Haus bietet genug Platz für eine große Familie und liegt ruhig gelegen, so dass man entspannen kann. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan verlängert haben. Also absolut empfehlenswert! „Wir wurden von den Eigentümern sehr warmherzig, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert empfangen. Das Haus hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, welche für die Erwachsenen sowie auch für die Kinder spürbar war. Der kleine, aber saubere und erfrischende Pool war stets für eine Abkühlung gut. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Haus aus ist besonders schön. Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und nur weiterzuempfehlen.“

„Very unique place near (or perhaps in) the old Jewish quarter of Castello da Vide. The drive to get here is along the narrow streets of the town so best to have a mid size car or smaller. The property is neat! You have stairs but it adds tons of charm and character. Kitchen is terrific. Best part would be 1.) proximity to castle and Jewish quarter 2.) views from your window and patio! Worth a visit.“

„Man fühlt sich zu Hause. Sehr hübsch und sorgfältig eingerichtet, mit vielen kleinen Extras und Überraschungen. Die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist ruhig, man kann perfekt entspannen und gut schlafen. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, man kann viel wandern, obwohl es kaum Wanderwege gibt, finden sich schöne Strecken, kleine Straßen und Feldwege, ganz wenig Fahrzeuge. Es gibt in der Gegend viele archäologische Schätze zu erkunden.“

„A nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. A casa é fantástica, ideal para dois casais e duas crianças. As vistas da sala mergulham-nos no alentejo e transmitem-nos uma paz reconfortante. A Sandra recebeu-nos com muita simpatia e os cães dos donos da propriedade fizeram as delícias de miúdos e graúdos! Recomendo vivamente!“
