„Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs ...

„The Croft was very nice. The kitchen was generously stocked and the rooms were as described (even better than described). The entire property was very comfortable and the private back yard space was very nice. Communication from Caroline was clear and she was very pleasant to deal with. We really appreciated our stay. There was more than enough room for four of us. We felt like we could spend a month there comfortably.“
