The condo was amazing. The patio was so relaxing over looking the beautiful pool and hearing the waves. The chef experience was wonderful, although the price was more than expected. The one downfall to the condo was the hot tub was not working and no one responded to my text on the 1st night about it. We would definitely stay here again.

Cantil Norte is a fantastic location in Cozumel - both on the beach and only a few minutes walk from downtown! The property is perfectly set up for a family that needs several rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large family area as well. The maid service and use of the laundry room were big pluses during our stay. The only thing that could use an upgrade are the mattresses - a pillowtop mattress pad perhaps, or possibly new mattresses entirely. A small point, but it would put this property over the top in both comfort and location.

Our stay at El Cantil was everything we hoped for and more. The condo was in immaculate condition—spacious enough for our family of eight to sleep comfortably, with plenty of room to relax both in the living area and out on the deck.The location was absolutely perfect. We loved having direct access to a reef right outside the property, where the kids could snorkel and explore all day long. Getting in and out of the ocean was easy and safe, and the beautiful pools offered even more fun and relaxation.We also felt very safe throughout our stay. Access to the building required a key card for the elevator and stairwells, and the friendly doormen and on-site security not only greeted us with a smile but made us feel completely secure.Another huge bonus—the grocery store was less than a block away, making it incredibly easy to grab snacks, sunscreen, and any other essentials whenever we needed them.The views were simply breathtaking—sunsets over the water that we’ll never forget. And the best part? We were close enough to walk into town and experience the vibrant, welcoming energy of Cozumel.The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our trip, offering expert advice and thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable.We would come back year after year in a heartbeat. Hands down, we highly recommend this property for any family looking for the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, convenience, safety, and relaxation!

Amazing!!

My family absolutely loved everything about this place! It was huge, with mouth dropping views and walking distance to town and restaurants. I had some issues with my previous rental and Arni was willing to work with an earlier check in date and was in contact with me quickly! He was so kind and flexible as we navigated our situation! 3 days was not enough at this slice of heaven! I have already recommended this condo to friends and hope to make it back someday soon!

Great place, close to town

This place worked out great for our group of 5. We go to Coz a lot and this was perfect for us. The people at the bldg were very nice and helpful. Pool was great and location can't be beat.

Great family space, great amenities!

El Cantil condos are a great place to stay in Cozumel. We've stayed at this condo resort on multiple vacations and it is our new go-to place on the island. Nice oceanfront pool, spa, and snorkeling areas. Scuba boats can pickup drivers right at the resort dock. Easy walkability to lots of nightlife, bars, coffee shops, restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. There was a few issues that kept rating from excellent which were ceiling fan in living area seemed to only have one speed, slow and we could not figure out how to watch TV. No matter what we did it came up no service. These were minor since we were on the go most of the time. The host Arnie was great to work with.

This was our second stay in the same condo, and it was just as beautiful the second time. The condo is walking distance to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The condo is beautiful, and the pool is great! The owner responded quickly to my questions.

Fantastic Vacation

Condo was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and the location was ideal. One thing I would suggest for safety reasons is a non slip mat outside of the hot tub. Tiles can be slippery when wet. But all in all not one complaint. Absolutely loved it.

Wonderful views, great location in the middle of restaurants and shops area. Beautiful condo, great cleaning staff and building staff. There were some maintenance issues that were not taken care of while we were there, but after bringing them to the owners attention, have been advised they have been fixed.

Location was perfect! Staff was amazing! Everybody had their own space and bathroom! It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer! The large balcony was perfect for early morning and evening family time with a gorgeous view!!!

Palacio apartment

Everything was perfect in everywhere at. So much space in the apartment, perfectly furnished and all the necessary amenities you expect for a stay. Appreciated that we could rent a pack n play for our little one. Pool was perfectly clean at all times, and warm! Loves that there was a mini sand area and ladder out to the sea. Great snorkeling right here!! Great doormen kept the area secure and helped with luggage and taxis. The area around was filled with lots of fun things to do and restaurants, plus a playground. Everything felt very safe. Would definitely stay at this place again.
