Außergewöhnlich und anders
Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen, und das Haus ist ein versteckter Schatz. Von außen ganz unscheinbar, entpuppt es sich innen als total gemütlich und einladend. Es gibt nur sieben Appartments, und einen Patio mit Grillecke. Sogar ein kleiner Pool steht zur Verfügung, und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Das Studio selbst hat unten Küche und Wohnzimmer, und oben sind Bade- und Schlafzimmer. Ein bisschen tricky ist die Wendeltreppe ohne Geländer, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Die Location ist perfekt in Laufnähe zur Plaza und dem Fähranleger. Der Besitzer und die Mädels am Empfang sind so lieb und extrem hilfreich. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit perfektem WiFi!

sehr familiär und zentrale Lage
Villas las Anclas ist eine kleine, aber feine Appartementanlage mitten in San Miguel, fußläufig von Fußgängerzone, Ufer-/Strandpromenade und jeder Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schlichte, aber großzügige Appartements für 2, mit kleiner Küchenzeile (allerdings ohne Kochgelegenheit), Kühlschrank und allem, was man an Geschirr und Besteck fürs Frühstück, eine kleine Mahlzeit zwischendrin oder auch einen Grillabend (ein Gemeinschaftsgrill steht im Hof zur Verfügung, gerade entsteht eine Außenküche) so braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und konnten durch das mitgebrachte Auto (Mietwägen oder Taxis überall auf der Insel zu haben) auch jederzeit einen Strandtag außerhalb der Stadt einlegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top und die Auswahl an Büchern und DVDs ermöglicht bei trübem Wetter auch einen ruhigen Abend im eigenen "Wohnzimmer". Leider ist die Beleuchtung eher mexikanisch und weniger gemütlich, aber ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Können wir in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location is walkable to every part of town but just a block or two off the main area so it is more quiet. I would stay here again.

I Wish I Could Live Here!
This will be our stay any time we come to Cozumel!This place was so unique with the cool spiral staircase, loft style bedroom, stained glass, great outdoor kitchen, and so bright and spacious. The staff is very helpful (young man found me a bottle opener one night), organized our day trips with reliable cab rides, and made sure we had things we may have forgotten. We added an extra night here even though we already had reservations elsewhere. Great neighborhood and close by just 2 blocks to the main square and great restaurants all around us. We loved this place ❤️

Had an amazing time. Lovw the staff Karla is the sweetest and makes sure everything is taken care of and you are fully hally with your experience. I stayed 2 extra nights and will be back. Its the best I've stayed in as far as location for walking and staff taking care of me while there.

Carla and company are amazing hosts. They are kind and helpful with anything you may need - booking trips, taxis, car rental, etc. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Wifi is fast and now include smart TVs. We will see you again Villas Las Anclas!

As adorable as the photos.
Very nice staff, beautiful rooms and courtyard, nice pool, and a short walk to center. Only complaint is that we got a surprise pet fee and environmental tax. Perhaps the former can't be integrated into hotels.com, but the tax sure could have been. Overall great experience.

Villas Las Anclas is by far our favorite place to stay in Cozumel. It's very close to all the great bars and restaurants. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff are top notch and super friendly. They make you feel like you are one of the family. We love it here.

Hello Kevin I´m sorry for that situation. We usually get in touch with our travelers when is time to close (9PM) and still no arrival. Perhaps We couldn't reach you or your booking was made after 10PM (In fact our sales are blocked after 10PM for the same date arrival). We actually have information about the office hours and have a way to arrange late check-IN at the moment of your booking as long as the booking/notice is made before 9PM). I hope you can make it next time and We can show you why our place have excellent rating.

Excellent in every way!
Exceptional customer service, great location right downtown near stores and restaurants, clean and comfortable room. They even have a little swimming pool that was clean and quiet. Kitchen is well stocked. Be aware there’s a tight spiral staircase to get to bed and bath—anyone with mobility issues will have trouble. Otherwise great for single or couple.

This property is an unbelievable value: huge two story room, right in the heart of San Miguel, two minute walk from everything, nice pool, barbecue area, and super-friendly staff. They also gave me free late checkout. No complaints whatsoever. I will certainly be back!

Charming Oasis in the Center of Cozumel
This hotel looks much better in person. The villa is huge, like a real house, but in a gated, safe area with a cute shared courtyard, outdoor kitchen, and a pool. The private house/ villa has a kitchen, dining room, living room on the first floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the second-floor loft area. The Wifi is fast and consistent, making it a perfect place to work remotely. The deco is cute, and everything is very clean. The manager is probably the nicest and the most helpful person I've met. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and was always available in-person during the day and on Whatsapp overnight. I had a very unique dog food I needed for my dog, and she posted on her Facebook and called tons of veterinarians and found the same food quickly for me. The cleaning service was also way beyond my expectation. The daily cleaning was very thorough, much better than most 5-star hotels I stayed. And the location couldn't be any better. It's just one block inside of the main promenade area, making it easy to walk everywhere while being quiet. It's like a little oasis in the center of Cozumel. I didn't have a car but it was $6 taxi ride to most of beach clubs in the south such as Money bar, Sky Reef and etc. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very quiet, beautiful Villa, that was ran by very kind and helpful staff. Met other couples that were staying there and had a community dinner at the outside kitchen with the fish we caught. Love this place and will return!

Wonderful place to stay in town. Well located and close to excellent restaurants without the mass tourist vibe found along the waterfront. Rooms open directly to the outside courtyard which is nice. Daily service is outstanding. Coffee and Tea anytime. If you are a diver, Aldora divers is outstanding and just around the corner. Very handy. Overall much better local vibe than the large touristy hotel options.

Home away from home.
Home away from home. Staff, owners and guests were great. We have a house in Corpus Christi that was being repaired. It was great to stay where we could walk everywhere and enjoy places we rarely go because of parking. We would stay there again.

Walking into the courtyard from the street was such a nice surprise. The hotel was very secure and very clean. Our room was perfect. Nice small living area downstairs and then up the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. Fresh coffee in the morning at the lobby and a great communal kitchen area in the courtyard. The pool was also nice and very well maintained. We would not hesitaste to stay here again.

This property is very unique. Each room has a kitchen/living room and a loft bedroom. Very well maintained. Excellent location. I go to Cozumel 20 times a year and have walked past this place hundreds of time and just never noticed it. The front is nondescript. But the property is spectacular.
