Casa las Palmas is a residence with four updated studios and a beautiful built swimming pool with an outdoor grill, palapa & mezzanine floor. I'm from Texas and fell in love with Cozumel and want to share its beauty with the world. The studio is equipped with everything you will need to be as comfortable as your own home. Enjoy a cold drink with a pool view or just relax in the hammock. The swimming pool is very refreshing and a welcomed feature of this home. The common areas as the pool, outdoor grill, mezzanine floor, TV, table and chairs and outside restroom are there for your convenience and are shared between the two studios on the first floor. The mezzanine floor is equipped with lounge chairs and sun deck. Enjoy the sun, have a cold drink, read a book or even watch a movie or just relax.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a beautiful mural. Air conditioning, smart TV with integrated (Roku) with WIFI. The updated kitchen offers all the necessary items you need to prepare your meals; microwave, coffee maker, blender, 5 gallon purified water jug with electric pump, toaster and more. You have to refill it if you need additional drinking water.

Casa Las Palmas is conveniently located 3 blocks from Sam’s Club, Bodega Aurrera (super market) and many close by restaurants. The gas station is 5 minutes away on transversal 2 blocks from el caracol (THE BIG SNAIL).
The most famous question, "where is the water?" The water is located 1.2 miles away, All linens, towels, beach towels, utensils, coffee maker (Keurig), ninja blender for your morning shakes as well as the use of a spices are available for you to use. Snorkeling gear is also available and located in the outside rest room.

The property has video cameras at the entrance and pool area for safety reasons. Also the property is equipped with alarm system.
