“Bayview on the Esplanade” is a delightful family apartment in Cowes, immediately opposite the Cowes Front beach and a short walk to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area (with a 40" smart TV, DVD player & dining setting for 4) provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind. A central layout leads to the Bedroom (with BIR) and a Bathroom (with spa bath, shower & toilet), offering both comfort and convenience for your stay. There is also a laundromat (with a washing machine & clothes dryer) located within the Waves Complex, just a few steps from the front door.

Outdoor Areas

The private beachfront, north-facing covered balcony (with 2 chairs and a table, with additional chairs available inside if required) has sensational 180-degree views across the Cowes Front Beach and captures beautiful coastal views across the Esplanade. Located directly opposite the beach, guests can enjoy easy access for swimming, beach walks, and sunset strolls along the shoreline. There are communal electric BBQs in the complex, and there is parking for 1 car in The Waves car park, with additional street parking available.

Erehwon Park is opposite the apartment with playground, communal BBQ's, outdoor showers, etc.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, etc., plus a sink, a bar fridge, and an electric cooktop. Please note: the home does not have an oven.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is equipped with a wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Living room, providing efficient cooling and heating throughout the space, along with a fixed panel heater in the Kitchen.

This home has 3 beds, accommodating up to 4 guests:

Bedroom: One Queen bed

There are also two Single beds in the Living Room.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
