„The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. „We were visiting Marlinton, WV to bicycle ride the Greenbriar Trail. This house was perfect as you could ride to the trail within a few minutes. The house is also close to restaurants and a bike shop. The bed was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were excellent. There is a cute kitchen with all the equipment you would need for a meal. Also chilled mugs for your beer. Overall we had a great stay and will be recommending to our friends. “

„Such a cute cabin, close to the road but feels like it's secluded in the woods. Went for a little Dad and daughters trip with my little dog and it was perfect for us. Cabin was very comfortable - had plenty of dishes to cook, beds were super comfortable, shower was nice and hot. The property is big and we were able to explore around the yard, have bonfires, and cook on the grill. Will definitely be coming back to stay next time I need a little getaway.“

„We vacationed with our children and their families. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. You need to bring most of your food, as the only grocery is a small IGA market and a Dollar General. The local gift shop was awesome offering a coffee bar and baked goods along with souvenirs. „The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we expected from the photos. We had no complaints and communication was wonderful. The only thing I would note is the pet fee is $75 per dog that was not part of the listing until the house rules were sent 5 days before the stay.“

„I couldn’t even stay the night. It was dirty. When I got there it was so hot I had to sit outside till the ac finally made it tolerable. The tv did not work- no directions on how to get on. I stayed for an hour and decided there was no way I could stay there so I left and drove home.“

„Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well.“

„My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Cabin #1 Bella. The location was excellent for visiting family in Hacker Valley and our Daughter who was camping with her family at Holly River SP. There was plenty of room to relax in the living area, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were clean and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. “

„We had a good time. Very pleasent cabin, plenty of space. There is plenty for kids and adults to do. Owners are responsive and eazy to get ahold of. Only thing is there is no cell/satellite service within about 25-30miles. So if you want to escape for a few days this would be the place you want to go. “

„This home is spacious, warm, and inviting. There are multiple bedroom accommodations and gathering spaces. The house was also decorated for the holidays, which was a nice touch. The 2 kitchens are well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay over the Thanksgiving week for 14 people. Communication from the host was excellent.“
