„Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!“

„The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. "Die Gegend war Sicher und ruhig, die Zimmer sehr sauber geputzt und komfortabel eingerichtet, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine super Unterkunft, um das Cape Cod zu erkunden, aber auch um einfach mal einen Tag die Seele am Pool baumeln zu lassen. Sehr praktisch war auch der Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das FrĂŒhstĂŒck passt nicht zum restlichen Standard des Hauses. Der Kaffee war z.B. an zwei von vier Tagen ungenießbar und es wird viel zu viel MĂŒll in Form von Einweggeschirr produziert. Die Auswahl und die QualitĂ€t beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck waren im Vergleich zu zum Teil preisgĂŒnstigeren UnterkĂŒnften schlechter. "
