That is such a nice room but the makeshift runner on those steps seemed like a trip hazard. I can only imagine the upkeep costs of this house, but you may want to consider redoing those stairs. The home was also well stocked which came in handy when my last minute cupcake plans fell through. My only complaint (which is to be expected with southern homes) is the home was a little moist, especially the hall bathroom.
