This three-bedroom two bath traditional home is located within minutes of the village by foot, but in a very quiet residential area offering parking directly in front of the house. Provence Amour features a lovely flower filled terrace for dining or enjoying a glass of wine after a day in the village or out exploring the beauty of Provence. Nice, St. Tropez, the Gorge of Verdun and Marseille are all less than 11/2 hours away.

The space
This typical village house has an entrance to the one-bedroom/one bathroom rez-de-chausse level as well as another entrance from the terrace leading directly into the living room on the first floor of this three-floor home. The master bedroom (queen size bed) is located on the 2nd floor (top level) and has an adjoining shower room and separate toilet room. There is also a single bed located in a small alcove off the office area on the 2nd floor. The newly renovated rez-de-chausse ground floor level has a brand new luxury double-sized sofa bed and a small kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, electric induction plaque, coffee/tea pots, dishes, etc.). This private area also has a television, private shower room and separate toilet room. It is possible to separate the lower level space from the main living room and full-size kitchen by securing the door over the stairwell between the two levels.

Guest access
If guests rent the entire home, Provence Amour, they will have access to all three levels of the home, the three bedrooms, the two bathrooms and toilet rooms, dedicated work area as well as the terrace. If guests rent only Petit Provence Amour, they will have access only to the rez-de-chausse apartment with a brand new double-sized sofa bed, private shower room and separate toilet room, and kitchenette. They will have access to the small private patio area with bistro table outside of the main entry door.

Other things to note
There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house. Overflow parking is available on the street just below the house or in the nearby large parking lot adjacent to the Vignerons Cooperative de Cotignac.
