You will reach Villa Lamina Piccola from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Lamina Piccola you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by awnings. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills.

The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include two sofas. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. Here you will find a pool table. The two dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room has a window.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
