„the two (?) owner are super nice! When we couldn’t find the AC controller, we texted the Hotels WhatsApp number and just five minutes later the man from the upstairs came with the controller. The woman was also very kind and super helpful! We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend!“

„Zimmer war nicht gereinigt Frühstück included, war aber nichts besonderes. Pool sehr schmutzig und trübe. Stromausfall ab Ankunft 17:00 - 22:30“

„When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the ...

„Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that ...
