'Yorker Point Cottage' ist ein schönes 2-Zimmer-HĂŒtte auf dem Wasser in einer ruhigen Umgebung, nur 10 Minuten westlich von Charlottetown in Cornwall. Nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants und andere Serviceangebote, die Wohnung bietet Platz fĂŒr fĂŒnf mit einem Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein Doppel ĂŒber Doppelstockbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Das Bad wurde im Jahr 2015 renoviert und das Esszimmer bequem Platz 6. Das Haus ist voll möbliert und mit Propan Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, neue KĂŒchengerĂ€te (einschließlich SpĂŒlmaschine) und Sat-TV ausgestattet. Zwei große Panorama-Verbund Decks mit Stufen zum Wasser und einem großen Hof bieten ausreichend Platz fĂŒr das Genießen Sie diese ruhige landschaftlich reizvoller Lage. We had an absolute incredible week! Heather created such a beautiful oasis with everything you could need. The house has views from almost every spot. The multiple decks and sun room offer peaceful spots to view the water regardless of the weather which is amazing for a vacation week. The kitchen with a view and again, everything you needed, was so fun to cook in and we enjoy cooking! Heather welcomed us when we got there and shared some great places to explore based on what we were looking for. We did all of them and more and felt connected to someone on the island while being so far away. Thank you Heather!! We loved it there and hope to be back one day!

SOOOO beautiful

It was even better than on the pictures. The view is so amazing. You can see the bay from about any room in the cottage. Easy access to the beach and more than plenty outdoor chairs. Confort, accessories in the kitchen and bath room, games, everything was perdect. Heather was a great host. I recommand for sure!

Heavenly Retreat!!

My husband & I spent an amazing two weeks here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Lovely & accurate as the pictures and descriptions on this execeptional home are
 they don’t even do it justice for the York Point Cottage! There is nothing more you could want that our wonderful hosts, Floyd & Heather have not thought of and provided. The home is so tastefully decorated and there are corners & nooks everywhere to take in the views, read a book, or journal while enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The location is idealic
.the cottage is located in a serenely quite spot right on the water and yet just a short distance to Charlottetown which offers great shops & is a foodie paradise. We will be back next year! It is just so special!

Tranquil Stay-Perfect Location

My daughter and I couldn’t have had a more perfect getaway. The house and property are as described. It is truly so tranquil and peaceful, and has all the amenities you could need. The 3 season room was the most relaxing place to sit and could see the sunset from there or either of the decks. The location was truly perfect to get to our excursions and Charlottetown. Check in was easy and Heather and Floyd were so easy to work with. We had thought of going to an outdoor concert and Floyd offered to bring us lawn chairs. They truly have designed a beautiful, relaxing oasis, and we hope to get back for another visit!

What an experience! This was the best short term rental we have stayed at on PEI. We cooked here every night with local produce and meat and the kitchen had evetything we needed for high end cooking. We will definitely try to book again for next summer! The views here will blow your mind!

Quick off season stay

We took a chance to try and rent this cottage on very short notice. Our hosts approved our staying there starting on the day they returned from their own vacation. Amazing Rental

This place was a cook's dream as everything one might need was at your disposal. Or, if you are just a dreamer, you are mesmerized by the view of the river in front of you and the palette of clouds floating by overhead. Or, if you are just into reading, playing games, or relaxing you cannot believe how lucky you are! York Point Retreat

We had a wonderful week staying at 570 York Point, Cornwall. Hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. Home is very well appointed on a beautiful property overlooking the river. Peaceful Retreat

This vacation rental is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the primary bed is very comfortable. But the view and outside decks are the best part, so beautiful. Heather, the host, is so hospitable and helpful. Our plane got in very late so she offered to put some groceries in the fridge for us, so thoughtful. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Beautiful slice of paradise. Newly renovated cottage with a great location. Hosts, Heather & Floyd were great. HurricaneLee decided to make landfall on PEI. Floyd & Heather offered to put us in a hotel & upon our refusal, they brought supplies to us. We were snug as bugs in the cottage throughout the storm. Wonderful holiday getaway

From the start, we knew we were in for a great stay - Heather was responsive, met us at the door, gave us the tour, ensured we had what we needed. After that it was 5 days of our little family taking day trips and coming "home" to the cosy confines of this cottage - a nice mix of modern and beach rustic. Great water view, quiet location, all amenities you would need (thank you again fire pit! ) and location-wise, close to Charlottetown and Cows ice cream!
