Every detail was so tasteful, and we loved being able to bring our pets. Honestly felt like a resort — the little bell cabin was the perfect getaway to celebrate an anniversary. As the review says, it is not ideal for taller guests as the roof slopes down in certain areas, but I found the place cozy.“

Staying in the beautiful village of Litchfield is always a special treat for my wife and I as we love stopping in the Village Pub for a drink and to taking a drive to Lake Waramaug and the beautiful New Preston village. We will be back to the Abner in a few weeks!“
