„The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children.“

„Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink. ...

„Gardenside is an absolutely amazing find. What a holiday home. The house interiors are so homely and it’s so clean on arrival.The views are just the ‘wow’ factor from the lounge and main bedroom.And the beds are very comfy. The only thing the house lacks is a welcome pack and information leaflets for what’s around to do. Taxi numbers etc Perfect spot for families. A walk to Carbis Bay beach is so lovely. „We stayed there with a group of ten people. We had plenty of space. The house was beautiful and well equipped. Terrace with terrific view. Short distance to the beach. Only some of the windows did not work. Mark was very supportive and everything went well without any problems. We really enjoyed our stay.“

„The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. „Mega Lage. Alles was man braucht. Super kurzer Weg zum Strand. Gute Ausstattung. Man wusste über die Besonderheiten wie eigenes Bettzeug etc. Bescheid. Daher alles gut. Ein sehr freundlicher und immer erreichbarer Vermieter. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. “

„A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. “
