The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, fridge, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and a filter coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toiletries, and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a TV, and Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps. Hot water is supplied through an electric boiler that guests activate via the switch in the electrical panel, typically needing about 15–20 minutes to heat before turning it off for safety. Entrance to the property involves only three steps, ensuring easy access, and a baby cot or highchair is available upon request. Self check-in is handled conveniently through a keybox.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be notified if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. The apartment uses a keybox for flexible self check-in, and child equipment is available on request to ensure a comfortable stay for families and small groups.
