Pausa Verde - Recently renovated apt, private parking

Pausa Verde is a lovely 70 m² apartment perched on the 3rd floor of a building in the Garitsa neighborhood of Corfu, and a fully functional elevator makes access easy and convenient. The apartment’s bright, recently renovated interior and its private parking spot offer a relaxing and practical home base just a short stroll from the city center, the bay, and historic landmarks.

Inside, the space features a large living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a coffee machine and kettle, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils and all necessary tableware — perfect for home-cooked meals. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (which can be separated into two singles) and another with a double bed; both bedrooms — as well as the living room — include air conditioning. Balcony access from both bedrooms and the living room gives you a pleasant outdoor space for morning coffee or evening meals. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi (up to 24 Mbps), washing machine, heating and cooling, and a modern bathroom with shower. Hot water is provided via an electric boiler: simply flip the correct switch in the electrical panel and allow 15–20 minutes for the water to heat up. On request a baby cot or highchair can be provided, and check-in is simplified via a keybox.

From its Garitsa location, Pausa Verde is ideally placed for both relaxation and exploration. A short walk leads you to the sea-side path and Garitsa Bay, ideal for strolls or cycling. The historic center, including the waterfront and the UNESCO-listed old town with its charming streets, is within easy walking distance. Nearby you’ll find local supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, tavernas and small restaurants — a perfect mix of convenience and local flavor. The setting offers both seaside calm and the vibrant culture of Corfu.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00 via keybox, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As is common in many older buildings in Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or other waste — guests should dispose of waste in the bathroom bin rather than flushing.
