Guests benefit from Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps, air conditioning, a TV, and a washing machine. Hot water is supplied via an electric boiler activated by a switch in the electrical panel, typically needing about 15 minutes to heat before showering. Entrance to the property involves five steps, and access to the first floor is by stairs only, as the building does not have an elevator.
