Beach Villa Verano with private pool

Beach Villa Verano is probably the newest and most exciting villa with private pool in Sidari. Sleeping up to 12/14 guests in stylish interiors and located in close proximity to amenities of any kind (including restaurants, bars, shops), Villa Verano has a private access to the stunning sandy beach of Apotripiti as well as the famous Canal D'Amour rock formations. A car is not required, and the relaxation as well as fun are guaranteed! With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 WC, fully equipped kitchen as well as wide outdoor areas that stretch up to the sea and are provided with a large 50sqm private pool, shaded dining area and barbecue, Villa Verano will amaze even the most demanding guests. A property truly not to be missed!

Inside, the villa is modern and finished to a high standard. The accommodation is set over 2 floors, with the main living area located downstairs and most of the bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a spacious, airy lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 12/14 and all the appliances for a fully self catering holiday, a double bedroom and a shower room. The ground floor, being flat, is also accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
Upstairs (the 2 floors are connected via an external staircase) there are further 5 bedrooms in total (accessed from the main corridor and separated into 3 different sleeping areas to guarantee privacy and space), 4 bathrooms and 1 WC/laundry room. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds (and even include a master suite with its own balcony overlooking Sidari and en-suite bathroom with bathtub + shower over) while the 5th bedroom has twin beds. 2 extra guests can be accommodated in the sofa bed in the lounge area. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). On request also air conditioning in the lounges is available (for an extra charge, payable locally).

The outdoor areas of Villa Verano are truly unique: finding such extensive gardens within a resort is definitely a rarity. Guests will have at their disposal a private pool measuring 10m x 5m (depth 1.5m), with adjoining shaded sitting area / barbecue for endless relaxation under the Greek sun. Comfortable sunbeds and shades are provided. The swimming pool is provided with an ecological filtration system, to avoid the use of chemicals. There is plenty of space for all the family to play, or just to spend lazy hours reading with a good glass of wine. In addition there is direct access from the grounds to paths leading just in a couple of steps to sandy beaches and even to the rock formations of Canal D'Amour from where guests can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets of Corfu. Although a car is not necessary due to the location of the villa, private parking is available within the premises.

Wir waren mit 9 Personen im Haus. Es ist sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Nur die Bäder sind leider etwas klein. Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist ein Gedicht. Bei Problemen ist sofort Hilfe da. Die Unterkunft ist suber und nur zu empfehlen.

Sidari
Sidari is a great place with all the shops, bars and restaurants location of the property is good; its actually three separate apartments all with kitchens and bathrooms which are off of a main corridor, the doors locked within the corridor area with the main one left open, so it’s not a villa. I wouldn’t say it’s been refurbished to a high standard as advertised myself. It’s a very busy area and exposed at the back of the property with people parking up at the side of the property so lots of people walking past to get to the beach. So if you want privacy keep this in mind. Not sure if ideal place for young children but ok for sure for adults. The mosquitoes are bit of a nuisance around the pool area. The smaller beaches are about a five minute walk one way, ten the other way the bigger beach is about 10/15 minute walk if your up for it. We had quite a few tradesmen in and out of the property on the lower floor bad timing unfortunately for us? We all have our own experiences with management I would not say ours was a good one, maybe that just us, Again? Make sure any complaints are dealt with at the time of your stay to late after check out .

Nice place, but not quite what we expected
Villa Verano has a lot of positive aspects, but it has to be stated it is not a Villa. It is three apartments, leading off a main corridor, with the front doors left open. The newer part is nicely refurbished + decorated, the older part, which houses the main living room, was a little dated, stark + with wooden floor lifting in places. In all rooms there are cut off cable pipes sticking up through the floor, hidden by plastic flowers!! Hardly refurbished to a high standard, as advertised. The outside space + view are gorgeous, although once the sun sets you are eaten alive by the mozzies. Location amazing, great supermarket across the road, easy walk to the shops/restaurants + beach. The cleaning linen service was excellent + owner very accommodating re check out. Dado villas sent the wrong instructions, so arrived at 1am to find we could not get in. Happily settled by our VIP transfer operator Gianni.

This place is amazing! It is three separate living spaces. It is close to all the beaches with cliff jumping water sports etc. The best restaurant is D’amour and it is a very short walk. The property owners kept it clean and were very quick to respond during check in/out. Very kind and friendly! We will be back!
