The hallway opens up to a spacious and bright living-dining room with a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), Smart TV, coffee table, and a dining table for 4. From the living room, you can access the second private terrace, which overlooks the communal pool and is furnished for outdoor relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

The master bedroom, accessible from the living room, includes a double bed (150 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the first terrace.

Located in Córdoba’s prestigious Arruzafa residential area, the apartment is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options. The historic center is just 2 km away and easily reachable by public transport, with a bus stop located nearby.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
