We are a family friendly home, and have designed the place to be perfect for families. At our Coquitlam home "Crisp Valley", you’ll have a guest area with 2 nicely sized bedrooms (sleeps 5), 1 private full bath, a living/dining area with a child pullout sofa-bed, and an additional workspace + gym room.
Quiet cul-de-sac location surrounded by greenspace and gorgeous mountain views. Walkable to SkyTrain (Inlet Ctr) and central to Tri-Cities, near shops, parks, and restaurants in Coquitlam (Coquitlam Centre) and Port Moody. Pets considered by prior host approval. Parking for upto 2 cars onsite.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the lower-level guest area only (2 bedrooms, private bath, living/dining area, and the workspace/gym room). Please use the dedicated front “Guest Entrance” next to the main door. The upper level and host areas are private for the host family and are not accessible to guests. The guest area includes a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and basic breakfast items for light use. The host family may be present in the home during your stay. Laundry is not included for short stays and may be considered by request only for longer stays, at host discretion. For everyone’s safety and privacy, only registered guests may enter the property.
Bedrooms: The home "Crisp Valley" includes 2 well-sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom (Bedroom 1) has a double bed and a twin (single) bed, plus a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has two twin (single) beds and a standard closet. Both rooms are bright, and Bedroom 2 has beautiful mountain views. Guests also have access to an additional room set up as an office/workspace with basic gym equipment (weights and a yoga mat). Please use the weights carefully (no dropping), keep noise low, and avoid damaging the flooring.
Living and dining: The large living/dining area includes a 2-person couch that can be extended as a pullout bed for one child only (typically up to ages 8–9). The pullout is not suitable for adults. There is additional seating, a dining table, and a smart TV with streaming apps. Guests are requested to select the “Guest/Other” profile where available when using streaming services.
