Der Aufenthalt im Skt. Petri war absolut angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und gut eingerichtet. Schönes, ausreichend großes Zimmer, das sehr komfortabel war. Das Bett war sehr bequem, große flauschige Handtücher- alles bestens. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot reichlich Auswahl. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Kaffeemaschine, die Kaffeespezialitäten mit Hafermilch im Angebot hatte. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Mir hat auch gut gefallen, dass man mit der Metro ohne umsteigen in kurzer Zeit das Hotel erreicht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Located right in rhe centre of town, yet very quiet. My room was perfect : it had all the amenities I could wish for, and had a sublime view over the city. Breakfast was varied, staff was very friendly. A great expérience !

Wrong room descriptions from Hotels.com
Hotels.com does not inform users that room’s window faces to the lobby and cannot be opened. The hotel rightly claims that this is not their fault. Unfortunately all other rooms were booked out in the meantime and I could not find an alternative. The hotline of Hotels.com was just a pain: I ended up somewhere around the globe and hotels.com did not want to understand what the matter was. The service crew insisted on calling the hotel to open the window. Just a stupid and annoying situation. Probably my last use of Hotels.com. Things can go wrong. But then you need someone to care about and to fix it. And Hotels.com only has an annoying hotline that does not help but rather bothers you even more. Up to date, the room description still is unchanged (wrong).

Has a great location, walkable distance to main shopping street and attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn and others. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extra but the food is delicious, fresh and much to choose from. My only complaint is their pillows, they are very thin and floppy. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
