I will follow up with our housekeeping- & tech department, and make sure these issues will will be solved on the room you stayed in. For the TV you can also use Youtube, DRTV ect. which is free of use. We do not have air conditioning because we are a green hotel, but we can always provide you a fan or a heater t the room.We have a safe downstairs at the reception, which can always be used for storage, and we can always bring you new cups ect. if needed. If you know that you are a light sleeper, be sure to request for a quieter room before check in.
