Unteres Stockwerk macht diese Eigentumswohnung sehr bequem, um von der Vorderseite zu gelangen oder 50 Fuß zum Wasser auf der Rückseite zu gehen. Große Fischerei direkt aus der Hintertür.

Property as advertised. Issues: door locks were broken and would not lock except front door. Could not watch TV unless payment was received. Could not watch the Rangers baseball game.

Wonderful setting. Nice condo

I had a 12 night stay here while on a work trip. Check in/out was easy. The condo is spacious, and would’ve comfortably accommodated a family. The patio is nice, view is amazing, fishing was decent, lake was easily accessible for a boat. There is a nice sitting area and swing. The kitchen had everything necessary, and there were abundant amenities. I’m learning to hate nest thermometers, but the owner helped resolve that. Communication response time was slow, but a phone number was provided, though not used. Overall a fantastic place and I’d happily bring my family.

Texas Renaissance Festival

Stayed at the condo while visiting the Texas Renaissance Festival. Condo was just as described on the webpage. Beds were comfortable and amenities were excellent. Patio was wonderful to sit, relax and enjoy the sound of the waves from the lake. Definitely would stay here again.

Relaxing and friendly neighbors

Quaint place. Great location. Had a great time. Had car trouble and an older gentleman took me back to Autozone after they gave me the wrong part. Wonderful neighbor lady as well. Owner is very responsive. Caught 3 to 4 nice eater catfish every night. They had it stocked with spices and coffee and condiments. All the kitchen ware you would need. Would definitely go back.

Lake View

Easy to find if you do not use your in car navigation!!! Easy access into the physical property, with wheelchair ramp. Great view of the lake looking through from the kitchen through the dining and living rooms. Master Bedroom also has lake view. We would consider this property again in the future.

Nice place, but not what I expected

The advertisement for this place did not specify that it is an apartment located in a complex. The home was adequate and we did not hear or see any neighbors so that was nice. The printer was out of black ink so we could not print out our boarding passes, but other than that everything was fine. The towels are not high quality, but there were plenty of them. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Great Price, Great View, Great Experience

Wanted to celebrate my sons 6th Birthday with a lake front view, fishing, and swimming on Lake Conroe. This house was perfect. Had all of the amenities we needed. Pool and lake with great fishing was right out the back door. We had a great time and would highly recommend! FYI. Dont pack your own coffee!!! lol They provide plenty!

Peaceful month.

Great proximity to the lake, beautiful scenery, Fishing close, directly out the back door. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Well equipped condo. Many options for dining and shopping near. Comfortable beds. Nice layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Living room furniture would be adequate for shorter stay or just 2 people but chairs were uncomfortable.

Quick golf trip

Family Stay

4 adults stayed for 2 nights in this condo. The place was clean and the check in process was really easy. The only thing to note is that this is a condo on the bottom floor. While you avoid stairs, you will hear the upstairs neighbors stepping around until about midnight. This place is very clean and had all items that we needed to enjoy our stay, from coffee filters to pans. The quality of the items in this rental are not the best, like the cheap pillows, worn out towels, and broken in sofas, but for a short stay this place was nice. The patio was unusable during our stay in October. There was standing water on the patio and many mosquitos, but the view of the water was nice. For the price, you could not beat this rental on the water in Conroe.
