„After a week on a river boat, we booked a night at Hartley House and thoroughly enjoyed it. We felt right at home and the hostess, Kate was remarkable in how she went above and beyond in order to meet our needs. This is the true Ireland in an old, historic house in a quiet country area. A very memorable stay with a wonderful big breakfast. “

„Die Unterkunft ist gut zu Fuss von der Busstation aus erreichbar, ebenso das Zentrum von Galway. Die Lage des B&B ist ruhig. Der Empfang in der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr fein, vor allem die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen mundeten sehr. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und nett. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

Le déjeuner préparé par la propriétaire, irlandaise, était succulent et copieux ! C'est une belle ancienne maison, bureau de poste, entièrement refaite ! Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis la chambre. Une superbe adresse pour visiter Achill Island. Bonne adresse: McLoughlins à 2 min. à pied, très bonne carte et excellente cuisine. Vue mer !“
