„Absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so helpful and looked after us so well. Especially the lovely lady who looked after us each morning at breakfast. We were sad saying goodbye to her on our last morning. We loved our room and treated ourselves to room service one of the nights and that was top marks. We ate in the bar another night and down in the Cottage too, couldn’t fault any of them. The only thing that could have improved our stay was the temperature of the pool. Okay for us adults ...

„Sehr persönliche Begrüßung und Einweisung in die wirklich hoch innovative Technik der Zimmer. Die Tradition des Hauses wurde durch den neuen Südafrikanischen Eigentümer (seit 2013) durch eine Falknerei und 2 irische Wolfshunde zusätzlich erlebbar gemacht. Der neue Spa-Bereich wurde architektonisch perfekt in das historische Gebäude (ab 13. Jahrhundert) eingepaßt.“

„Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase. ...
