Apartment in Coney Island finden und günstig mieten

„Really nice place we liked it a lot but no heater system“

„First and most important, this is NOT a one bedroom apartment. It is very clearly a studio. I asked the host prior to our stay to clarify this and they said that it is a one bedroom with a wall and a door between the living space and the bedroom. They lied. The check-in was a nightmare because we were told that the key lock was on a bike rack near the place. It was a block away on a steel rack around a tree. We had to try several locks before we found the right one. The sheets, comforters ...

„Great place“

„Great location easy to walk everywhere we needed to go.“

„Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again.“

„**Public Service Announcement: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST**This was one of the most horrific rental experiences I have ever had.The problems started the moment we arrived. The apartment's doorknob was visibly broken. When I contacted the host through the VRBO messaging system, she immediately tried to move the conversation to WeChat, which was the first major red flag. She then sent me a separate text message from her personal phone requesting payment through Zelle, which is clearly against VRBO ...

„The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.“

„The host was difficult to reach and choose to communicate by text instead of using the VRBO site. It was really hot in New York and the AC didn't quite do the job.“
