Its location was beautiful (literally right on the Skagit River), private (quiet, cannot see neighbors), close to hiking, incredibly well stocked (even with coffee, sharp knives, corkscrew) and the beds and pillows were super comfy! Elke was very communicative, I only had a few questions and she answered very promptly. And the backyard had frisbee golf and badminton!!“

„The rental unit is pretty good. It is close to Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and it is clean with sufficient amenities. The only issue is that our unit is facing a major road that traffic noise was a nuisance.“

„This home was epic! We were a party of eight adults. Tons of room, clean, well-equipped with just about everything one can think of. Games galore and a serene setting. One drawback is that we were a party of eight adults and there were only 2.5 bathrooms. It was a bit of a challenge trying to schedule showers for us all. „What a terrific location to explore the Skagit Valley, Whidbey Island, Edison, Bow, Bellingham, Ferndale, and beyond! We even made it to Lake Diablo and Artist’s Ridge in the North Cascades. The house has everything! Our family loves the comfy living areas and well stocked kitchen. The linens and towels were great and everything was so very clean! We highly recommend this wonderful home! “

„Was a lovely place to stay for some days riding at Mt Baker with the family. The host was great communicating the details and it was pretty much as close as you can stay to the mountain. There was a great trail we hiked with the dogs too. Only downside was the internet was very slow, I’d love to see them upgrade to Starlink so we could get our work done a bit quicker.“

The gas fireplace was a nice touch to keep us cozy and warm. Very close to Mt. Baker for access to skiing/sledding. We would definitely stay here again in the future.“
