„This is our second stay here and we will return, if possible! The location is perfect - easy access to literally everything yet still feels like it’s hidden in the country. Thankful it is pet friendly! Great communication from the owner, too. Be aware that the upstairs room and downstairs room and the downstairs bathroom don’t have any sound or light privacy. As long as you know not to expect that, it’s not a problem. :)“

„A really charming and quirky house, perched on an overlook above a bend in the James river. Very friendly host, nice grounds, and plenty to explore in the surroundings. We did some outdoor grilling and a fire in the pit on a very starry night. The kids were disappointed that the hottub wasn't working that weekend, but there were plenty of games and some swings nearby to keep them occupied.“

„I called the owner the night before for check in info as I had not heard from him he told me that there was already someone else in the cabin. We had booked this cabin in Feb. 5 months before and paid in full needless to say I was not a happy camper. We did get a full refund from him. However I can not help but think of I had to cancel the night before I would have been out the money I feel he owes me more then just what we paid some kind of reimbursement for all the trouble we had to go ...
