„1. Upstairs smaller room windows were open. Kids suffered entire stay cold at night. In same room shower did not work nor TV. Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2. Other larger room same windy night open the window and closing system was not working as other room .3. The day we arrived we were tired due to mountain sickness contacted host or managment company. „The host was exceptionally awesome with making sure my stay was wonderful. When I needed help there made sure I got what I needed. The house was beautiful inside, beds very comfortable, laundry room was awesome to have use so that I was able to return home with clean clothes. Kitchen area had more than what I needed.
