„Poor communication regarding checkin via text vs email vs third party website, even after 2 calls and a visit to office; would be helpful to know absolute check in at 4 pm as opposed to potential early check in- even when the room was clean and there was only one other room checked in and in a 20 unit complex; didn’t receive text for check in until 7:30 at night and had to call at 4 pm again to get check-in code as it went through messages at Expedia instead of Notifications and I had no access ...
