„The hotel is ama“

„Though the breakfast was good, we found multiple roaches crawling in the bed frames and bathroom floors. There was only one tube that contained both shampoo, body wash, and conditioner all in one. There was no full sized mirror either other than the bathroom mirror. But front staff at lobby was quite reciprocative.“

„The gorgeous balcony with the amazing view to the Naranjito bridge was everything! Beautiful, modern bohemian decor. A little bit tricky to find, especially at night. Unmarked house. And the key lockbox is very difficult to get open. Luckily there was someone there when I arrived in the evening, who helped me, but in the morning, I could not get it open again for the key. Would stay here again, just for the view and the lovely hot tub and swing chair on the balcony.“

„Because it was disaster bathroom sink wasn’t running. There was no knobs on the sink no sink in the kitchen a little dickie table that was supposed to be for six people. They took my money without authorization and I want my money back. Thank you.“

„Maria was great! She was very responsive when we needed something. She also communicated with us when there was going to be cleaning done in the pool. Overall the place was clean. The pool was amazing and it was great that we had it all to ourselves.“
