With an area of 32 m 2, it can accommodate up to 3 people.

Located on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator, this accommodation includes a separate fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with a hair dryer and a hair straightener at your disposal, as well as a living room where you will find a double bed of 140 x 190 and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking.


Household linen is not included but can be rented. The Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to propose it to you.
The arrival is scheduled at 5 PM, but can be advanced depending on availability upon request by SMS to the Concierge.

One of the strengths of this studio is its practicality, with a balcony that extends over the entire length of the housing and a landscaped environment offering virtually no vis-à-vis.

Moreover, the accommodation has been renovated in 2025 for your comfort. Wifi is available in this apartment to ensure a comfortable and connected stay. And enjoy the green spaces around the property (the house’s upper terrace is not accessible).

The location is also very appreciated, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc and the Aravis chain. You will be only 200 meters from the city center, thus facilitating your access to shops and restaurants.

In summer, do not hesitate to go to the biotope to enjoy the beach with a view of Mont-Blanc. You can play pétanque after a day at the beach thanks to the facilities available. In the evening, barbecues and planchas are available near this natural pool, offering an idyllic setting for your evenings.

In winter, take advantage of the proximity to ski shuttles (centre veille or Savoyard corner) for easy access to the slopes. You will also have the opportunity to discover the many activities offered by the town of Combloux and those organized by the tourist office. You will be 10 minutes from Megève and 30 minutes from Chamonix, and you can walk from the house to climb to the top of the slopes in 2 hours.
