Welcome to our cocoon in the heart of the Mont-Blanc country, a completely renovated apartment combining Alpine charm, modern comfort and a warm atmosphere.



Ideally located in Combloux, you enjoy a privileged location close to all amenities: only 5 minutes from the cable car and the slopes of the Princess, the shops of the village center and the supermarket and 8 minutes from Megève. There is also a bus stop 150 meters away.



The apartment offers a superb view of the Mont Blanc mountain range and a private garden of 80 m² facing south, without vis-à-vis — perfect for enjoying the sun after a day in the mountains.

The biotope water body (10 minutes walk from the apartment): Unique in France, the biotope water body allows a natural swim with a panoramic view of Mont-Blanc. It is the flagship activity of summer in Combloux.



The bright living room of 38 m² was designed to share beautiful moments with family or friends. There you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with its beautiful solid walnut bar, ideal for cooking and prolonging the friendly evenings. Everything is provided for your Savoyard evenings.



After skiing or hiking, sit comfortably around the wood stove for a cozy and comforting atmosphere.



The apartment has a Fiber Wifi connection 7 and the living room has a connected TV with CANAL+ and NETFLIX





On the night side, the accommodation can accommodate up to 8 travelers thanks to:



· a bedroom with a king-size bed + connected TV with CANAL+ and NETFLIX



· one bedroom with 2 double bunk beds



· a double sofa bed in the living room



Both rooms have direct access to the terrace that is connected to the garden.





There is also a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a private parking space.





A veritable alpine refuge, bright by day, warm by night, to fully live the mountain experience summer and winter by the fire.

The proposed rate is "all inclusive" and includes (for €15 per person per stay):



· end-of-stay cleaning



· the private parking space



· Bed linen: the beds are prepared before your arrival to allow you to fully enjoy your stay from the first moments

· hand towels + shower towels and tea towels





Please return the accommodation in a correct condition upon departure:



-made dishes and dishwasher emptied



-waste bins emptied and deposited at the nearest collection point (At the bus stop "Le Feug" towards Megève or just before the shops towards the center of Combloux)



-If your 4-legged companion has enjoyed the garden during his stay, please make sure to pick up his small memories before your departure, so that the next travelers can also fully enjoy the place.



-It is forbidden to smoke in SVP apartment



-Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures before 11 am



-You will find a code box to retrieve keys autonomously with a concierge nearby if needed
